Movement Fundamentals for Hypermobile Humans
Virtual Series 1-   Awareness, Breathing & the Lower Core  ​

Paige and Nicole Sheldrake, Pilates teacher are extremely proud and excited to launch this collaboration of Physio, Pilates and self-discovery to support the needs of bendy bodies. Based on the years of experience working with hypermobile clients, they have created an easy-to-follow program that builds a movement foundation to grow from and return to when life’s blips happen.
This 4-week program consists of live 60-minute online classes once per week consisting of education, experience and discussion, with an accompanying practice videos and a practice logs to use during the week.

In this program you will learn:
  • Self-assessment and regulation techniques to empower you to choose the appropriate exercises for your body.
  • Key muscle groups and how to use them together to maximize your joint stability and movement efficiency
  • Breathing techniques for calming and connecting with your body
  • A fundamental program to build resilience on a daily basis
  • How to integrate these foundational principles into your Pilates and/or fitness routine
